My wife and I are extremely grateful for all the work you have done extending our living room and remodeling our bathroom in the main suite. It was an absolute pleasure seeing 5 different trades working in unity at one time and I commend you on the professionalism as well. I have had some interior work done in the past which was subpar to say the least but I really can’t express enough how much of a turn around your company is and how much care you put into my needs. It is now a constant struggle with my oldest son to have company over because we are both eager to show off the new space and entertain guests. I guess that’s something we will both have to live with! Anyways thanks again truly, I want you to know I am sincerely pleased with everything.

Hi Fidelity, This is Jackson Malone writing a letter of gratitude in regards to the windows and sliding doors you installed early July of 2009. I have actually already seen significant savings on my energy bills and this investment is literally paying for itself. I also wanted to let you know the windows are phenomenal when it comes to blocking any outside sound. I could literally hear the trucks go by off the 101 but now it’s absolutely silent. I’m still getting used to it, and it’s a very nice change. I also wanted to let you know Ben was really incredible throughout the entire process. Everything he promised was delivered. It was a breath of fresh air and I mean that. His suggestions were cost efficient and he basically worked things out with me that targeted my needs effectively. Thanks Ben, it has been a pleasure. As for the laborers I want say a big thank you for being on time and clean. That was something I was going to be worried about but as Ben said they are fantastic and the top of their class. Everything was really hassle free and I want to recommend you guys to anyone who needs any kind of remodeling…thanks again….

In August 2007 I decided I needed to do a major renovation on my outdated bland kitchen. I decided I need to get a couple estimates on how much this was going to cost and how long it was going to take. I felt these were the two most important things to consider when choosing the right company. When I first spoke with the Fidelity representative the professionalism and care really stuck me as outstanding. First impressions are very important but I also know someone’s true character shows through time and I really have to give it to them. They know what they are doing and they know how to do it. We totally gutted the interior from ground up and no detail went unscathed. We had electrical issues, plumbing issues, flooring issues; it was a bit of a nightmare to be honest but not in the hands of Fidelity General Contractors. They had all their specialists give me up to date reports and I appreciate the workmanship involved on such a large task. It was incredible to say the least. I am going to admit I had my concerns as any home owner would have, and it wasn’t easy watching them demo my kitchen but the end product is completely worth it. My friends are probably getting sick of me talking about how beautiful my kitchen is but to me it’s something worth talking about every minute. It feels great knowing I can come home from a long day of work to a little piece of paradise. Yes, I do consider my kitchen paradise. This was a project that has gone beyond my expectations and I would not feel right if I didn’t thank you more for treating my needs and having my vision come to life. Hello this brief letter is for Steven and his outstanding painting and flooring team. You guys are one of a kind and I want you to be aware of that. Never would I have imagined in a million years that my home could look so elegant by adding cherry oak flooring in the foyer and main hall. I also want to commend you on the lapis lazuli shade of blue we picked out for the kitchen it really makes it look a lot bigger, I still can’t get over it. Well, it’s definitely been a pleasure and anytime you want to use my house as an example for future clients, feel free to give me a call, it’s the least I could do. My garage door was known around my entire neighborhood. It was a bit of a site for sore eyes let’s put it that way. I don’t know if it was the awful dark brown, the chipped paint, or the shrieking noises it made when it opened. Regardless to what it was, not only am I glad we got a new one but so are my neighbors. The people I really owe the most gratitude to would be Fidelity General Contractors. I would encourage everyone to use this company when dealing with garage doors. They were actually referred to me by an old friend and I’m glad they did. To be completely honest I think it ads nice curb appeal and will hopefully add to the value of my home. Either way I’m a very pleased and would like to say thanks.
